The General Data Collection process has been part of AVID implementation and continuous program improvement for many years. The current data collection forms and our Online Data Collection System were created after significant feedback from AVID sites as well as regional and district-level staff. Even sites new to AVID are invited to complete these forms, though some of the data points will not yet be relevant for them. Sites that have implemented AVID for two or more years are required to submit data as a means of establishing certification and ensuring program integrity. View and download General Data Collection forms and instructions.
This is the sixth year AVID Center has conducted the Senior Data Collection programwide. The data collected will be used to demonstrate the effectiveness of your AVID program and inform your program improvement efforts. Having your AVID seniors participate in this data collection is one way they can give back to your program. View and download Senior Data Collection forms and instructions.
