Enter the Data Online
Note: Only Summer Institute trained elementary administrators enter site data online for the 2010-2011 school year.
- On the MyAVID home page, click on the link under MyAVID Tools titled "AVID Elementary Data Entry System". The new screen will read "AVID Elementary Data Entry System" at the top of the page.
- Click on "Add/Edit/View Current Data" to enter your school's data.
- You may be asked to select a location from the drop-down list. Select a location and click Continue.
- Select a school year (2010-2011) and click Continue.
- The site will walk you through the process of entering your data. (If you have any questions at this point, please click on the aviddata@avidcenter.org link in the lower right hand corner of any page. Be sure to include your name and school in your email.)
- Review your data. If it is complete and accurate click on "Submit My Data", or to finish the form a later time click "Save for Later".
Use the Supplemental Instruction Sheets to help you if you are unsure of what is being asked. If you don't find the answer you are looking for there, please contact us.
Data reports can be found and printed at http://reports.avidcenter.org.
