General Data collection forms available for download.
|
|
October 10 - February 24............
|
Site Coordinator or designee enters data online. Forms should be submitted to the Regional Director or District Director (RD/DD) no later than Midnight, Pacific Time on February 24.
|

May 11......................................
|
RD/DD reviews and submits General Data collection form online to the AVID Center, no later than Midnight, Pacific Time on May 11.
|
|
June.........................................
|
AVID Center verifies and approves General Data collection forms.
|

2011-2012 Senior Data Collection Timeline

Senior Data collection forms available online.
|
|
October 10 - June 22..................
|
Senior Data collection forms are distributed to seniors. Seniors complete data collection forms online and submit to their elective teacher. NOTE: Senior Data collection forms may not be submitted to the AVID Center prior to January 30.
June 22 is the deadline date for seniors to submit online forms to the Elective Teachers/Site Coordinators, for review.

June 22 - June 29.......................
|
Elective Teachers/Site Coordinators review and submit Senior Data collection forms online to the AVID Center for approval, no later than Midnight, Pacific Time on June 29.

June.........................................
|
AVID Center reviews and finalizes Senior Data collection forms.
|
Be sure you have filled out the paper forms before proceeding to enter your data online.
